Dense Double Fudge Brownies These are dense, not "Cakey" brownies! 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup Baking Cocoa 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional) 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup butter or margerine 2 eggs Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease an 8 inch square pan. Cream butter. Add eggs one at a time. Add sugar, cocoa, flour, pecans, and chocolate chips. Beat until quite smooth. Spread into pan. Bake 20 minutes, and check with toothpick or thin knife to test that center is dry. Continue to bake, until center tests dry, but watch closely! Do not overbake! Can be frosted or sprinkled with Confectioner's Sugar.
