Easy Caramel Cream Pie 4 oz. Cream Cheese (1/2 package)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 carton CoolWhip (Or equal amount of Whipped Cream)
1 -9 inch graham cracker crust
1/2 cup Caramel Ice Cream Topping
3/4 cup toasted coconut
1/4 teaspoon toasted pecans
In large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Fold in CoolWhip. Spread 1/2 of mixture into piecrust. Drizzle 1/2 of Caramel IceCream Topping and 1/2 nuts and 1/2 coconut. Repeat layers, ending with coconut. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
**This pie can be made up to a month in advance of using. Cover and Freeze prepared pie. Remove from freezer, when ready to use. Uncover pie, and let sit 1 hour before serving. |
