FAST Chocolate Cream Pie 4 oz. cream cheese (1/2 package)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/3 cup Baking Cocoa
1/4 cup milk
8 ounce Container of Cool Whip (or similar amount of whipped cream)
9 inch graham cracker crust
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat well. Add Vanilla. Beat well, add cocoa. Beat well.
Fold in 3/4 container of CoolWhip. Spoon mixture into graham cracker crust. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle Mini Chocolate Chips over Cool Whip. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
** This recipe can be made up to a month in advance. Freeze this pie. Remove 1 hour before serving, to defrost. |
