FAST Hot Fudge Sauce(MicroWave Recipe)
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons Baking Cocoa
1 1/2 Tablespoons CornStarch
dash of salt
1/2 cup very hot water
2 teaspoons margerine or butter (I use light margerine)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Heat water in a small bowl to very hot.
Mix dry ingredients in another bowl, and add into hot water. Whisk together.
Microwave 3 minutes on medium.
Stir and cook 1 minute more. Stir in margerine and vanilla. Serve warm.
** May add Instant Coffee to hot water, to make "Hot Mocha Fudge Sauce"
**May add 2 tsp of Smooth Peanut Butter, in place of margerine, to make "Peanut Butter Hot Fudge Sauce". |
