Apple Crumb Cake
3-4 medium apples
Topping Ingredients:
3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 Tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine (softened)
walnuts, chopped
Peel apples and then slice.
Place in a greased pan.
Mix all topping ingredients together.
Spread the topping mixture over the apples.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
