Nutmeg Raisin Coffee Cake 3 1/2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 2 Tsp. baking powder 1 Tbs. nutmeg 1/4 Tsp. salt 1 1/2 cups milk 1/2 lb. butter 2 Tsp. vanilla 3 eggs 1 cup raisins, floured Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Combine. Flour raisins by placing raisins in a bag with 1 Tbs. flour and shaking until raisins are coated). Add the floured raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a coffee-cake ring (check for doneness using a long wooden skewer, should come out clean). Incredibly rich and good.
