Crumb cake 3 cups flour 2 cups sugar 3 tsp. baking powder 1 cup butter (1/2 lb.) 1 cup milk 3 beaten eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract cinnamon Mix flour, sugar, baking powder. Add butter, and work into a crumbly mixture. SET ASIDE 1 cup of this mixture, to which cinnamon is added for the topping. Add milk, eggs, vanilla to the remaining mixture, pour into a greased square pan. Add topping. 350°- 375° F., about 40 minutes.
