1-2-3-4 cake 4 eggs (separated)
3 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter (1/2 lb.)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup milk
Beat egg whites stiff. Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolks. Add flour, baking powder and milk, mix well. Add vanilla. Fold in egg whites. 350°F for 30 - 45 minutes, depending on pan(s), which should be greased. |
