Lemon Cake Pudding
1/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon rind (grated)
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 eggs (separated)
1 cup milk


Blend flour, sugar and salt. Stir in lemon rind and juice, beaten egg yolks and milk. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into 1 quart baking dish. Bake in pan of hot water at 350 degrees F. for 50 min's.
