Peach Sauce 2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon mace
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups boilling water
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped peaches
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Mix dry ingredients, add water slowly and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter, peaches and lemon juice. Mix well. |
