Banana Fluff
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
Dash of salt
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 cup sugar (confectioners)
Combine bananas, salt and lemon juice and beat in cream with elctric beaters, adding sugar gradually. Serve on gingerbread or waffles. |
