Fluffy Brandy Sauce
1 egg (separated)
3/4 cup sugar (confectioners)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup heavy cream (whipped)
3 tablespoons brandy

Beat egg white; add sugar gradually, beating untill stiff. Beat in salt and egg yolk; then fold in whipped cream and brandy. Serve chilled.
