Brandy Sauce 4 egg yolks (beaten)
3 tablespoons sugar (confectioners)
2/3 cup cream
5 tablespoons brandy
Combine egg yolks and sugar and beat well; add cream. Heat, beating constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and add brandy. |
