Coffee & Walnut Layer Cake
CAKE MIX -:

4 oz butter
4 oz sugar
2 egg's
4 oz self raising flour
1 dessertspoon instant coffee
1 oz chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon water

BUTTER ICING -:

2 oz butter
2 oz icing sugar
1 oz chopped walnuts

CAKE MIX -:

Cream butter and sugar till soft and light, gradually beat in eggs and water.
Sieve the flour and instant coffee, mix with walnuts; fold into butter mixture. Put into 2 6-7 inch cake tins bake for 15 to 20 min's when cooked cool, then spread the butter iceing on one layer of the cake and place the seconed layer on top then sprinkle with icing sugar.

BUTTER ICING -:

Cream butter and icing sugar together then mix the walnuts through well.
