Butterscotch Cake
6 oz butter
3 oz brown sugar
3 oz golden syrup
6 oz self raising flour
3 small eggs
Cream butter, sugar and syrup together. Then add well beaten eggs and flour alternataly to the mixture. Pour into a greased and floured 7 inch cake tin bake for 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours in a moderate oven. |
