COOKIE MIX -:
125 gram's butter (sofened)
1/4 cup caster sugar
1 egg (lightly beaten)
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons grated lemond rind
2 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
ICING MIX -:
1 3/4 cups icing sugar
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
COOKIE MIX -:
Pre heat oven to 180 C. Butter 2 oven trays. Using electric beaters, beat butter and sugar untill creamy then add egg, honey, and lemon rind; beat until combined. Using a metal spoon fold in the flour and ginger, stir to a stiff dough into a ball shape cover and put in fridge for 15 min's. Then roll and cut with cookie cutters.Cook for 10 min's or until golden
ICING MIX -:
Add lemon juice to icing sugar and mix well then spread on cool cookies. |
