Jubille Cake
1 cup mixed fruit
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnomon
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup boiling water
1 egg
2 cup's self raising flour
Pour boiling water over fruit, sugar, butter and cinnamon. Beat in the egg, then mix the flour in well. Bake for 25 - 30 min's in a mod oven. |
