Banana Cake
60 ml sour cream
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 ripe banana's
25 gram's butter
125 gram's sugar
2 egg's
1 teaspoon vanilla essance
150 gram's plain flour
Pre heat oven to 180 - 350 F. Mix sour cream and baking soda in a small dish. In another bowl, mash the banana's and add the butter and sugar then beat the banana mix till it is light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat till well mixed. Add flour and mix well then add the sour cream mix mix well. Bake for 50 min's. |
