Chrismas Logs 1 pkt malt biscuits 1 tin condensed milk 3 cups coconut 2 cups glazed cherries 2 cups choped marshmellows extra coconut for sprinkling Crush the malt biscuits and put them in a bowl with all other ingreediants exept the coconut and mix well. lay some alfoil out and sprinkle it with coconut make a log shape out of the mixed ingreediants and place on foil sprinkle with extra coconut and wrap in foil and put it in the fridge to set. When set cut into slices. you can change the flavor of this I have made it with chopped up lolly bananas inplace of cherries and with crushed up crown mints instead of cherries all three are yummy.
