Lemonade Scones 1 can of lemonade
1 cup of thikend cream
4 cup's self raising flour
for savory scones use soader water insted of lemonade.
Sift the flour into a bowl then add the lemonade and cream slowly at the same time then mix gently to a light dough then turn out onto a floured board and roll very lightly then cut with a glass or scone cutter and place on a greased oven tray cook at 180 C for 15 to 20 min's.
These should be called never fail scones I can not make scones to save my life lol but these scones always work out there great. |
