Apple Squares
2 c Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Stick Margarine
1 c Brown Sugar
1 c Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 c Nuts, chopped
1 c Apples, chopped
CINNAMON TOPPING
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1/4 c Granulated Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 c. Nuts, chopped
Mix 1st. 4 ingredients. Melt margarine and remove from heat. Beat in sugars, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Stir in flour mixture, apples and nuts.
Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle Cinnamon Topping over mixture and bake for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
